During your game drive, spot impressive wildlife, such as lions stalking through tall grass or leopards lounging in tree branches above. Enjoy an early breakfast before descending into the Ngorongoro Crater at about 6:15 am. Today’s highlight is seeking out the elusive black rhino, a rare sight in this protected environment. The crater’s unique landscape makes wildlife viewing exceptional, as many animals are easier to observe on the crater floor. Following a relaxed picnic lunch within the crater, continue on a final game drive. Later in the afternoon, you will ascend the crater walls and drive to your hotel in Arusha, reflecting on your memorable safari experience.
